Easter Bunny Marshmallow Pops
Cake Pop Sticks (optional)
Pink Chocolate Food Colouring or Pink Candy Melts
To turn regular marshmallows into Easter Bunny Marshmallow Pops you’ll need to melt your white chocolate. Place it into a microwave safe container and melt for 15 seconds, stir well. Repeat in increments of 15 seconds until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
If you have cake pop sticks, dip the end of your a stick in a little white chocolate, and press half way in to a marshmallow. If you don’t have cake pop sticks, skip this step entirely and instead make yourself some cute little Easter Bunny Marshmallows!
Allow to set for a few minutes, then dip the entire marshmallow into the white chocolate. Tap off the excess gently and roll in shredded coconut. If you’re not using a cake pop stick, use a fork to submerge the marshmallow in the chocolate and place straight into the coconut.
Sit on a piece of baking paper and allow to set.
Colour some of your white chocolate pink using chocolate food colour. Regular food colour will introduce water into your chocolate and seize the chocolate into a hard lump that can’t be used. If you don’t have chocolate food colour, you can use pink candy melts.
Dollop a small amount of white chocolate on a separate piece of baking paper and shape into a tear drop shape. Add a little pink in the centre. Leave to set, then use a little extra melted while chocolate to add two ears to each marshmallow and, tada! Your very own delicious Easter Bunny Marshmallow Pops!
