Dewi, owner and creative force behind Sweet Bloom Cakes in Sydney was brought up to value the celebration of special events, she says a celebration isn’t “just a good excuse to to bring people together, but it is also an expression of love. When you look back, you remember the memories that you’ve created with one another.”
Her career in Sydney began when she was working as a wedding planner at the Hyatt Hotel. it was during this time she realised that she was meant for the wedding industry and decided to teach herself how to decorate cakes. She now confesses she’s a cake obsessed woman with a passion to style and decorate things that are beautiful and impactful, using the elements of her client’s personality and style as inspiration.
