I bought a 12 or 6 month subscription to Sweet Magazine, what happens now that Sweet is a monthly mag? You’ll receive a new issue of Sweet every month until the total number of mags you would have received in your 12 or 6 month subscription have been sent to you. Then you’ll have the opportunity to subscribe to month to month subscription.

When is the next issue of Sweet Magazine due out? Sweet Mag is now published monthly! It’s released the second week of every month and dispatched to subscribers around the 15th.

I’m an Aussie resident, it’s past the 15th and I haven’t received my issue of Sweet, what should I do? Sweet is sent by Australia Post and dispatched in batches. It’s posted from NSW and can take a little while to reach other states. If you haven’t received your copy by the 20th of the month, get in touch with us using the form on the Contact Us page. 

I’m an international subscriber, it’s past the 15th and I haven’t received my issue of Sweet, what should I do? Sweet is dispatched by a number of mailing houses based in the UK, US, and New Zealand. I’m a digital subscriber, it’s past the 15th and I haven’t received my issue of Sweet, what should I do? Get in touch with us using the form on the Contact Us page, it sounds like we don’t have your current email address.

I’ve moved, how do I update my postal address? If you’re a monthly subscriber visit My Account and sign in using the email address and password that you used when you subscribed, you’ll be able to edit your subscription and change your address here. If you have a 6 or 12 month subscription, contact us via the Contact Us form and send through your new address.

How do I purchase a gift subscription or back issues of Sweet? Switching the frequency of Sweet has been a huge undertaking, and for the moment we’re working on getting the magazines produced and dispatched consistently for our monthly subscribers. Once we’ve got the new processes and any bumps ironed out, we’ll offer gift subscriptions and back issues. Until then, the monthly subscription and our digital issues are all that are available, subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when they’re available for sale again.

Why is Sweet Magazine monthly now? You, our subscribers, weren’t happy with the quarterly edition, you wanted more issues, so we listened and created our monthly subscription!

Is the monthly issue different to the quarterly issue? The monthly issue of Sweet has less pages, but over three months you’ll receive more issues, more tutorials, more cake decorating projects, and more fun party ideas than were in one quarterly magazine.

Is it really only $9.95 for the printed magazine? Yes! All print subscribers receive the digital edition of the magazine too. Find it here.

Is there a digital subscription? Yes, it’s a little cheaper and a PDF is delivered to your inbox every month when the magazine is released. Find it here.

What does month to month subscription mean? Some of the most received feedback about our 12 month subscriptions was the high price. Offering a monthly edition of Sweet allowed us to reduce the price, and your commitment. Sweet’s month to month subscription means you pay each month for your new subscription and you can cancel your subscription at any time.

What are the minimum number of issues I need to subscribe to? One! 

Can I cancel my subscription? Monthly subscribers can cancel at any time by logging into My Account, but we’d like to know why! Subscriber and customer feedback is the driving force behind the biggest changes we’ve made to Sweet. Moving from digital to print – you guys! Changing to a monthly mag – you again! Letting us know why you’ve decided to cancel is important, it helps us to keep improving!

Can I have a refund? This one’s not a frequently asked question, but we’ve got to tell you our policy! If you change your mind after purchasing any of our subscriptions, books, magazines or other products, we’re sorry but we can’t offer you a refund. If you think there’s something you’d like to see in Sweet you can fill in our contact form and let us know, feedback from our readers is why we now produce Sweet monthly!

If you’ve ordered from us and your issue hasn’t arrived, we’ve been through all the processes of checking your address is correct and you still don’t receive your copy, we’ll send you another issue via registered post so that it can be tracked. If you want to add tracking to all issues in your fixed issue subscription, we can send you a one-off invoice to cover the postage costs not covered by your subscription. If you want to add tracking to a monthly subscription we can send you a monthly option with tracking included in the cost.

If issues from your fixed issue subscription are consistently lost after verifying your address, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription and refund the remaining value of your subscription less any extra copies and postage costs incurred sending extra mail to you. If issues from your monthly subscription are consistently lost after verifying your address, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription and stop any additional subscriptions from being purchased.

If you’ve ordered from us and your issue, book or product has arrived in unsatisfactory shape, you’ll need to return it to us, and we’ll send you out a replacement.
